Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes into strips as for thick french fries, place in the centre of buttered foil large enough to make a packet, fold up edges and pour cream over potatoes.
Step 3
Add butter, salt and pepper, parsley and top with cheese.
Step 4
Bring up edges and form package sealing edges really well, place on cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake in oven at 350 or place on barbecue.
Step 6
Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
