Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 fillets (1 pound) trout fish (rainbow trout fillets, about 1/2 pound for each fillet)
  • 1 lemon, whole (cut into 8 thin slices)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon (chopped)
  • Garlic powder, a good sprinkle
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: Lay the fillets skin side down on the foil; rub with the herbs.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the fish with the garlic powder, sea salt and pepper and lay the lemon slices on top of the fish.

  • Step 4: Bake in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.

  • Step 5: Serve.
