Step 1: Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Step 2: Lay the fillets skin side down on the foil; rub with the herbs.
Step 3: Sprinkle the fish with the garlic powder, sea salt and pepper and lay the lemon slices on top of the fish.
Step 4: Bake in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.
Step 5: Serve.
