This was a comforting drink where the spices really brought in exotic-type of warmth. I Loved the whipped cream flavored with ginger YUM and I will use this concept again. This was the first time that I had chai flavored hot chocolate. Though I enjoyed it, I found that I like chai as tea more than I like it with chocolate, but this is only a personal taste and by no means represents the recipe itself. Thank you ellie for sharing. Made it for FYC.
