"I had leftover ham from Sunday so this sounded good. I used 3/4 cup of Victor cereal on top the recipe instead of the 6 saltine crackers , Also. I sprinkled on 1 teasp MrsDash Spicy. If you like use fresh mushroom, sliced. The original recipe is from Taste of Home with the noted changes by me"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute the chopped onion with 2 tbsp butter until tender.
Step 2
Stir in the flour, salt & pepper
Step 3
Gradually add milk, stir & cook for 2 minutes or until it is thick & smooth
Step 4
Remove from heat
Step 5
Add cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted
Step 6
Fold in the cauliflower, ham mushrooms & pimiento
Step 7
Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole
Step 8
Brown cracker crumbs in remaining 1 tbsp butter
Step 9
Cover & bake for 25 minutes
Step 10
Remove cover top with buttered crumbs bake for further 15 minutes
