Step 1: Saute the chopped onion with 2 tbsp butter until tender.
Step 2: Stir in the flour, salt & pepper
Step 3: Gradually add milk, stir & cook for 2 minutes or until it is thick & smooth
Step 4: Remove from heat
Step 5: Add cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted
Step 6: Fold in the cauliflower, ham mushrooms & pimiento
Step 7: Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole
Step 8: Brown cracker crumbs in remaining 1 tbsp butter
Step 9: Cover & bake for 25 minutes
Step 10: Remove cover top with buttered crumbs bake for further 15 minutes
