Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prepare cauliflower according to directions.
Step 2
Place in a bowl; mash with a potato masher.
Step 3
Stir in onion, flour, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, rind, potatoes, cheese, and eggs.
Step 4
Form into 8 patties.
Step 5
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl.
Step 6
Cook patties 4 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Combine 1/8 teaspoon salt, yogurt, and remaining ingredients; serve sauce with fritters.
