Step 1: Melt your butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute for 1 minute or until it is aromatic and lightly browned.
Step 2: Season your fish with salt & pepper
Step 3: Place the fish in the skillet, cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Carefully flip the fish and continue cooking until it flakes easily about another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle on the lemon juice and add chives.
