  • 2 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 24 ounces catfish fillets (four 6 ounce each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives,chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt your butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute for 1 minute or until it is aromatic and lightly browned.

  • Step 2: Season your fish with salt & pepper

  • Step 3: Place the fish in the skillet, cover and cook for about 2 minutes.

  • Step 4: Carefully flip the fish and continue cooking until it flakes easily about another 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle on the lemon juice and add chives.
