Step 1

Melt butter in a skillet large enough for a single layer of potatoes

Step 2

Stir in the brown sugar and let it melt

Step 3

Add potatoes and shake them to toally coat them, cook 3-5 minutes until they are heated through glouriously bronzed - serve

I can't say I have made Bergy's recipe, but I want to vouch for it being a fantastic recipe. I have made this recipe for many years (I add a touch of rosemary) to mine, but for people who haven't tried this; it really is wonderful. You need to try it. And, as Bergy said, it really it a time saver and you would never know they were canned potatoes.
