If you like cardamom, these cookies are for you! They have the perfect sweetness and flavor especially to enjoy with tea or coffee and I can’t wait to have them tomorrow morning with my coffee. These are part of my Christmas cookie tray and I’m so glad I tagged them via FYC and Billboard tag games. Thank you, Ellie, for sharing.

Delicious cookies Ellie. I really enjoyed these tasty treats. They were quick and easy to make with ingredients always found in the pantry. They were tender yet crisp on the outside, with a perfect spice ratio. Thank you so much for sharing. Made for Best of 2014 Tag Game.

Rich, buttery flavor with the added bonus of cardamom. I skipped the egg wash. Great with our evening tea.

Excellent! My SIL has this same book, and I think she's made these before! So glad I now have it for my own use! These cookies are light and oh-so-tasty, especially if you love cardamom like I do! DH says you could put some nice buttercream in between two and make cookie sandwiches. Hmmm, gonna have to try that sometime! Thanks for posting!
