Fantastic! I did not add salt because my lemon pepper seasoning had salt plus the broth and the capers. It was perfect. Also I did not use butter, only olive oil just because I'm keeping an eye on my cholesterol. It was truly delicious. Highly recommend having some bread to soak up the yummy sauce.
