Step 1: Melt butter and oil together.
Step 2: Saute shallots and season lightly.
Step 3: Add garlic, broth, parsley and beans.
Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Simmer 10 minutes
Step 6: Add capers and simmer 5 minutes.
Step 7: Add lemon juice.
