Step by Step Method

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat add all ingredients and then bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until sugar appears to be dry and evenly coats peanuts.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low and continue to cook until sugar turns amber (only a few minutes longer). Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread in an even layer and let cool completely (10 minutes).
