  • 1/2 cup peanuts, dry roasted (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2: In a saucepan over medium heat add all ingredients and then bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until sugar appears to be dry and evenly coats peanuts.

  • Step 3: Reduce heat to low and continue to cook until sugar turns amber (only a few minutes longer). Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread in an even layer and let cool completely (10 minutes).
