Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening, then mix in milk.
Step 2
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 3
Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Fold in half
Step 4
Butter them (I sprayed butter flavored Pam).
Step 5
Cover, let rise 10 minutes (it said 20 minutes).
Step 6
Bake in hot oven 425 degrees).
Step 7
Butter them again.
