Step 1

In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, paprika, black pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Stir in tuna, sweet pepper and green onion. Cover; chill for 3 to 24 hours. If desired, serve on lettuce lined plates.

A really nice change from regular old tuna salad sandwich. I substituted 1 1/2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice Co. Cajun seasoning for the paprika and black pepper; 1/8 tsp Tears of the Sun Hot Sauce for cayenne and a little lime juice for extra tang. Spread on toast, it will join my regular lunch rotation.
