Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel back husks from corn and remove silks leaving the husks intact.
Step 2
Soak corn in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Fold back husks and tie into a cluster with a piece of husk or string.
Step 4
Brush corn with melted butter, then season to taste with Cajun or Creole seasoning.
Step 5
Grill 12-15 minutes or until tender.
