How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel back husks from corn and remove silks leaving the husks intact.

  • Step 2: Soak corn in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain.

  • Step 4: Brush corn with melted butter, then season to taste with Cajun or Creole seasoning.

  • Step 5: Grill 12-15 minutes or until tender.
