I scaled this back to do a trial run using dollops on chicken and grilled salmon with excellent results. Only change next time around is make more! It is great as is but I snipped chives over the salmon, thinking freshly snipped dill with the fish would be great as well. Just now printed an extra copy for my recipe drawer.
