Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients in bread pan (buttermilk on the bottom) do not allow the yeast to touch the salt or buttermilk.

Step 2

Set to either light, medium or dark crust -- basic cycle -- 2-pound loaf.

Great bread. Soft inside and crusty outside. Thank you for posting the amounts for the Zojirushi, which makes a larger loaf than my old machine and my old recipes.
