  • 4 1/4 cups white bread flour

  • 2 tablespoons butter (soft)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients in bread pan (buttermilk on the bottom) do not allow the yeast to touch the salt or buttermilk.
