Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Step 2
Add onions and slowly saute, stirring, for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
Step 3
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and marjoram.
Step 4
Remove from pan and keep warm.
Step 5
Season both sides of meat with a little salt, pepper and marjoram.
Step 6
Coat meat with flour.
Step 7
Place meat in pan and cook until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 8
Top with browned onions.
