Step by Step Method

In large dutch oven
Step 2
Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.

Drain.

Add in the taco seasoning and mix together.

Breaking up the refried beans to smoothness

Bring this to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 25-30 minutes until the rice is done
