Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the water and brussels sprouts, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the unsalted butter, salt and pepper to the pan; cook, uncovered for 2 minutes.

Increase the heat to high and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in the lemon rind and juice. Serve immediately.
