Wow, how easy is this recipe! I made this recipe as written, and garnished the carrots with tarragon. We really enjoyed these carrots. I thought they might be a little too sweet.... but no the flavor was perfect & not too sweet at all. Served as a side we really enjoyed this recipe. This is one which I am saving to favorites to make again!

I love easy recipes. Especially when they taste as good as this one. I had the butter, sugar & spices all mixed and just had to pop them in with the drained carrots - stir and they are ready. This will be made often. Lovely scent as an added bonus. 26 Dec 2015 Seved withmy Cornish Hen Christmas Dinner - just the right addition to dinner 10 August 2016 Third time round and loved just as much. This time served with Ginger Shrimp. Great combination

These carrots were very good, even though I didn't have any nutmeg or ginger - enjoyed them just with the cinnamon and brown sugar. Will be making these again. Thanks for sharing!
