"This easy recipe turns the grapefruit into something a bit special. It is nice to make them as a breakfast starter for company. Myself I love just plain no nonsense grapefruit but I do find these tasty. The recipe is from "Our Canada" magazine."

Just got done having one of these for a snack before breakfast and it was so yummy! Love the honey cinnamon combo going on. Plays well with the tartness of the grapefruit. Another healthy choice for breakfast!

My grandmother always made this with sugar. It is even better with honey - and loved the hint of cinnamon! A breakfast treat!

I have made this several times now and they are delicious. Something nice and refreshing for breakfast that tastes great, and that I look forward to having on occasion.

I cut my grapefruit in half and saved the other half for tomorrow. I then made the grapefruit. I have had it with sugar before but never with the cinnamon and honey and I loved the two together. It was delish! I plan to have these on a regular basis. They are quick to prepare and a nice change from a plain piece of fruit for breakfast. Thank you for sharing Bergy! Linda
