Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok, over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant but not browned, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Step 3
Add broccoli and cook, stirring, until the broccoli is bright green, 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle water, brown sugar, and fish sauce over the broccoli; add red pepper flakes; reduce heat to medium, cover and cook until the broccoli is just tender, about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in vinegar just before serving.
