"This is so easy but good and would make a quick supper. Not too much to say about it except that it tastes good. You can add some left over, cut-up chicken and it will make a whole meal or use it without the meat for a great side-dish"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put olive oil in pan and heat; add the minced garlic and cook slightly (do not brown the garlic).

Step 2

Add the frozen broccoli and cook about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding a little water now and then to make steam so that the broccoli cooks.

Step 3

If you are adding chicken, add it now along with the butter, salt, pepper, and cooked pasta.

Step 4

Serve with parmesan cheese.
