Step by Step Method

Mix together the eggs, onion, potato, turkey and stuffing

Season with salt and pepper

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Have the mixture form patties by dropping 1/2 cup amounts into the skillet
Step 5
Press down to flatten the patties
Step 6
Fry 4-5 minutes each side until golden.
