Step 1

Place water onion and ham hocks on to boil

Simmer on high for 2 hours until the water is smokey

Add the carrots and potatoes

Add just meat back in before you add sour cream

Add flour to the sour cream and put in soup swirling around

Let thicken

Last 5 minutes add horseradish and cream dont boil just heat

Step 11

Season to taste add more horseradish if needed
