Step 1: Place water onion and ham hocks on to boil
Step 2: Simmer on high for 2 hours until the water is smokey
Step 3: Add the carrots and potatoes
Step 4: Add seasonings and herbs
Step 5: Simmer on low 45 minutes more
Step 6: Take out ham and shred meat
Step 7: Add just meat back in before you add sour cream
Step 8: Add flour to the sour cream and put in soup swirling around
Step 9: Let thicken
Step 10: Last 5 minutes add horseradish and cream dont boil just heat
Step 11: Season to taste add more horseradish if needed
