"My sister-in-law gave me recipe. Originally used icecream machine but I use pan to freeze in freezer. servings are relative do you eat it all at once so serves 1-2 or eat small portions?"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Puree sugar and blueberries. Pour through fine sieve/strainer over bowl. Stir in buttermilk, zest or extract and vanilla.
Step 2
Pour into pan. 9x11 stir after 20 minutes.
Step 3
Repeat in 20 more minutes.
Step 4
Pour into container want to keep it in. freeze 4 hours.

- Either a pan or icecream machine plus container to keep in freezer
