Step 1: Puree sugar and blueberries. Pour through fine sieve/strainer over bowl. Stir in buttermilk, zest or extract and vanilla.
Step 2: Pour into pan. 9x11 stir after 20 minutes.
Step 3: Repeat in 20 more minutes.
Step 4: Pour into container want to keep it in. freeze 4 hours.
