  • 1 1/2 pints blueberries (used 3 cups)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 fleming's zest (used some pure orange extract)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Puree sugar and blueberries. Pour through fine sieve/strainer over bowl. Stir in buttermilk, zest or extract and vanilla.

  • Step 2: Pour into pan. 9x11 stir after 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Repeat in 20 more minutes.

  • Step 4: Pour into container want to keep it in. freeze 4 hours.
