Daily Inspiration

Great egg salad - loved the addition of the bacon. Made these for dinner last night as we wanted something light. Definitely a repeat at our house.

I have now made this twice serving the 1st time in a toasted bread roll and the second time in lettuce leaves for a low carb option and thoroughly enjoyed both ways, thank you dienia b made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
