Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 355 F.
Step 2
Line a 8 inchpan with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a medium microwave safe bowl combine butter and 1 cup of the white chocolate chips, microwave for 45 seconds, then stir until smooth.
Step 4
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla, stir until smooth.
Step 5
Now fold in (with a spatula) flour and lemon juice until just combined.
Step 6
Fold in remaining white chocolate chips.
Step 7
Spread batter into baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8
These are good warm or cold.
