Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat water in a large saucepan to just before boiling. Add tea bags, cinnamon sticks and ginger.

Step 2

Remove from heat, cover and let steep for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Add cranberry juice and sugar to taste. Strain tea into a pitcher. Cover and chill overnight.

Step 4

Freeze glasses prior to serving, if desired. Pour tea over crushed ice and serve garnished with cinnamon sticks.
