Step 1: Heat water in a large saucepan to just before boiling. Add tea bags, cinnamon sticks and ginger.
Step 2: Remove from heat, cover and let steep for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Add cranberry juice and sugar to taste. Strain tea into a pitcher. Cover and chill overnight.
Step 4: Freeze glasses prior to serving, if desired. Pour tea over crushed ice and serve garnished with cinnamon sticks.
