KATO BABY

Ellie I wasn't able to find phyllo tart shells anywhere. So I decided to make this lovely recipe with puff pasty shells. It worked beautifully with the slightly sweet cream cheese filling. Loved the subtle lemon flavor. Since the shells were much larger than the pyllo would have been I added some blackberries to the bottom before adding the cheese filling. These were so good. Light, crisp, tasty, satisfying and delicious. I can't wait to make this again with the proper shells. Thanks so much for sharing.
