The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (4 ounce) phyllo shells (pre-baked mini-phyllo shells, 15 shells)
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese (this is 1/2 of an 8 ounce package)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free yogurt (vanilla)
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 6 ounces blackberries (this should be 15 blackberries)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sliced almonds (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes. Let shells cool.

  • Step 2: Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat the cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the next 3 ingredients (-lemon zest). Spoon mixture into the phyllo shells and top each with 1 blackberry and some almonds. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
