Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes. Let shells cool.
Step 2: Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat the cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the next 3 ingredients (-lemon zest). Spoon mixture into the phyllo shells and top each with 1 blackberry and some almonds. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
