We thoroughly enjoyed these delicious burgers! Made as directed but did not use the salt, as I could not find unsalted black beans in our wee town. The aioli is wonderful! Served them on brioche hamburger buns. These will be made again and again. Shared your recipe with my veggie daughter and family. Thank you for sharing! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Daily Inspiration

Made these yummy burgers today for our lunch. They were a great game day burger for sure. I used black beans that I cooked in the pressure cooker and drained really well. I had to add about 1/2 cup more panko to get them to hold together - probably due to my beans. They turned out crispy on the outside and nice and moist on the inside -- which DH prefers to store-bought BB burgers. The spicy aioli was a nice addition and we topped the burgers with guacamole vs. arugala. Definitely a make-again burger.
