Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2
Mix flour and milk well.
Step 3
Add pinch of salt, sugar and egg yolks- mix well.
Step 4
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Step 5
Pour 1 cup of batter into a very hot, greased skillet .
Step 6
When slightly brown, flip over and place into the hot oven for 4 minutes ( or until done).
Step 7
Serve with lingonberries, apple sauce or jam.
