Step 1: Preheat oven to 400.
Step 2: Mix flour and milk well.
Step 3: Add pinch of salt, sugar and egg yolks- mix well.
Step 4: Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Step 5: Pour 1 cup of batter into a very hot, greased skillet .
Step 6: When slightly brown, flip over and place into the hot oven for 4 minutes ( or until done).
Step 7: Serve with lingonberries, apple sauce or jam.
