  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • Salt, pinch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400.

  • Step 2: Mix flour and milk well.

  • Step 3: Add pinch of salt, sugar and egg yolks- mix well.

  • Step 4: Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

  • Step 5: Pour 1 cup of batter into a very hot, greased skillet .

  • Step 6: When slightly brown, flip over and place into the hot oven for 4 minutes ( or until done).

  • Step 7: Serve with lingonberries, apple sauce or jam.
