Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a food processor (or blender), combine all of the marinade ingredients until all mixed and processed through. Pour the marinade over the ribs and marinate several hours overnight.
Step 2
Heat the grill. Drain the meat. Place the ribs over the hot grill, and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Turn and brown the other side, 6 - 8 minutes.
NOTE: Country-style ribs are the blade ends of the pork loin, butterflied. There are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 ribs per pound. 2 to 3 ribs per person.
