"This recipe couldn't be easier! I came up with it when I thought of lemon beets then looked in the fridge and saw my orange marmalade and thought "Why Not!" The orange flavour compliments the beets perfectly. The beets will have a lovely glaze. I use "No sugar added" marmalade but if you like things a bit sweeter use regular."
