"This recipe couldn't be easier! I came up with it when I thought of lemon beets then looked in the fridge and saw my orange marmalade and thought "Why Not!" The orange flavour compliments the beets perfectly. The beets will have a lovely glaze. I use "No sugar added" marmalade but if you like things a bit sweeter use regular."

Step 1

Prepare and boil your beets until they are tender.

Step 2

Peel them and cut into bite size chunks or slice them.

Step 3

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 4

Add marmalade, stir.

Step 5

Add beets cook until heated through.
