" This recipe comes originally from "Meat Lover's Cookbook" by Sarlin and Porter. There have been some minor changes. It is a very popular recipe and is no fail. Moist, juicy meat loaded with flavor. I like "Diana Original" BBQ sauce for this recipe. This recipe is great served with broad noodles and a green salad"

Love these ribs! I used meaty ribs and baked for 2 hours at 350º, drained off the beer, saving a bit just in case. Then covered them with my favorite bottled BBQ sauce Jack Daniels #7! They were falling off the bone and so yummy! Thanks Bergy!
