  • 3 pounds country style boneless ribs
  • 2 medium sweet onions, sliced
  • 12 ounces lager beer
  • 2 cups your favorite bbq sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the pork on allsides in a lightly oiled skillet

  • Step 2: Place ribs in an oven proof pan and scatter the onions over them

  • Step 3: Pour in the beer and cover with either a tight fitting lid or tin foil

  • Step 4: Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours

  • Step 5: Pour out any remaining beer and slather the meat with the 2 cups of BBQ sauce

  • Step 6: Return the ribs uncovered for another hour or until the meat is golden brown and the sauce is thick
