Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

Sauce: cook ground beef and onions until softened.

Add mushrooms and season lightly.

Cook until browned.

Add flour and cook a minute.
Step 6
Add sour cream and soup, rinsing out can with milk.
Step 7
Simmer don't boil; add noodles and cook until tight and coated.
Step 8
Add cheese off heat, cover and let melt.
